What are the Best home remedies for getting rid of pimples and blackheads that you know of? Please, very simple things and please let them work fast but i'm not expecting an overnight miracle (lol).

-rubbing alcohol; put a little on the blemish and in about three days, its hardly noticeable.
-white tooth paste on the blemish over night.
-lemon juice; rub some on your face.
-aloe vera gel.
