all you need to do is wash your face daily with hot/warm rag and then a cold one.

If you look in the skin care isle at any store (wallgreens, walmart, target) you will see specailized washes etc for certain types of blemishes.


I know Clean %26amp; Clear or Clearasil makes some pads that you can use to scrub them with which work great.
