You would be fine to leave them alone. It is a bit embarrassing to go to a dermatologist for penis blackheads. If you are brave, you could consider trying to squeeze them, but if you run into problems, it could be embarrassing.
id got to a physician and get it checked.......i no it will hurt a lot but try getting the blackhead out.........just look to it as this... most guys have 2 heads and u got 4....
You have a serious problem but it's not the blackheads on your penis, it's your spelling/grammar.
