wash ur face often, and after u wash ur face in luke warm water, rinse it with some cold water, to make the pores smaller. don't pick the spots of, it will just make the pores bigger. eat less fatty and oily foods. eat lots of veg and fruits. it is good for ur skin...How can i make my acne and blackheads disappear and obtain a clear, smooth, blemish-free skin?

Don't pick it or overwash them. Use products which are suitable for your skin type. You could visit a dermatologist for this matter. And beware of facial centers. . some unexperienced/unqualified ones will leave you with a permanent scar. Most importantly, drink lots of water! =)
