I have blackheads on my nose and sometimes they get sp irriating so i squeeze them out but it kinda leaves a hole in my nose, is that normal and safe??Is it ok to squeeze blackheads?
Either go to a reputable spa to have them steamed out and extracted, or see a dermatologist.
Simply squeezing at them the way you are will only scar you. Nor clean out the pores entirely.

yeah it leaves a hole because you popped the blackhead out.
i've noticed with me that if i pop a blackhead and it comes out all the way, then it's fine. put if not the whole blackhead came out and some is still left, then it develops into a zit.
also make sure you wash your face after you remove blackheads.
I wouldn't recommend squeezing them out like that because you will make those poc holes in your nose larger and permanent. Buy those Biore face patches. They pull all that crap out of your face, it's scary!
