Blackheads are a chronic issue for me. You can use Biore pore strips but I find just gently pressing the individual pores with toilet paper wrapped around your fingers works well to express the blackhead. It also works better if you do it after getting out of the shower or steaming your face (put face over simmering pot of water - keep at least 18 inche away). You can also get a facial and the esthetician will express them for you with either her fingers or a tool.

To minimize future blackheads, wash face twice a day with a product that has glycolic or sacylic acid in it. Exfoliate at least 2 times a week with something like the Neutrogena microdermabrasion tool or other product.
those biore strips..

where you stick it to your nose and rip out the blackheads..

seems to work good
go for steam............
The best cure I ever knew was to wash my face real good at least twice a day(morning and night), use an astringent and press them out gently. A bobby-pen works real good. A worm steam mist will open the pores to make it easier to get them out.
A blackhead is a clogged skin pore. Once there, they have to be removed. Don't use tweezers or any other tool. Biore strips work pretty well. Don't damage surrounding tissue by squeezing the F out of the blackhead.

Clean skin can prevent blackheads. Use a mild soap that is designed for the face. I used Lava soap one time and tore my face up. Don't try that. Whenever you go into a restroom and wash you hands you can rinse your face with water a few times. This removed excess oil and dirt and that can make a really big difference. If you work in a dirty environment or lean your face on your hands a lot, this will increase blackheads and pimples.

Those stupid little vacuum pumps that they sell in catalogs do not work. A blackhead can not be suctioned out. Trust me on that.
tweesers, and black head scrub, and those strips
Wash your face with warm soapy water a couple of times a day. Maybe use a cleansing patch too.
Blackhead are caused by overactive oil glands of skin. The excess oil collects in the pores of the skin and hardens into plug. Since the pores are open, the tip of the clogged oil is exposed to the air. It oxidises and turns black. Hence, the name blackheads.

Luckily, blackheads are easy to remove! Here are a few at home remedies that I love and use all the time. Not only are these cheaper than over the counter stuff, but they work better and faster.

-Apply undiluted lemon juice, twice a day, on the affected areas.

-Warm a little honey and apply on the trouble spots. Wash off after 10-15 minutes

-Comedone extractors can be bought at Walmart and should be used after a steamy shower.

-1 cup real oatmeal with 2 egg whites and 3 tbsp honey. Mix well apply, and leave it on until it dries
Try the Biore strips. They work good
save some money and push em out your self!
