just don't touch it!it works for me trust me it will go away...How to get rid of blackheads, acne, tan, pimples,?
im 20 and ive have pretty bad acne since i was 14, ive noticed one the thing that Works for me, is drinking plenty of water (don't over do it) but just enough to keep you constantly hydrated, ultimately, keeping yourself constantly hydrated will slow down your pore oil production, thus reducing the amount of blemishes.
ive been using PROACTIV for about a year, the product works great for me, it also relatively in-expensive
last thing, minimize touch your face, the slightest contact with your facial skin causes, what known as 'micro trauma'. with the hands being one of the dirtiest parts of the body, that dirt, combined with the micro trauma, is a breeding ground for acne/blemishes.
also, popping acne/ blemishes is the WORST thing you can do for your skin. let the blemishes naturally disappear. popping/picking only makes blemishes inflamed and causes the ore to produce more oil.
hope this helps
Hey there!
Better use some home remedies for treatment. I usually apply some toothpaste over my zits which is a great deal!
Keep your hair and hands off of your face, else more bacterias and oils are brought on face.
Wash your face often with mild medical soap.
Drink enough water and eat healthy food. I believe food is the largest factor to pimples, blackheads and others.
Good luck!
Hello
There are some specific methods that can help you to treat your acne.
here are some tips that were helpful for me to get rid of my acne:
Drink water
Drink plenty of water every day. Aim to drink at least two liters of still mineral water. If the skin becomes dehydrated, dead skin cells are not effectively shed, which can lead to blocked pores and further acne.
Sunshine and fresh air
Sunshine stimulates the creation of vitamin D in your body - an essential vitamin for healthy skin. A little bit of fresh air and sunshine every day will also reduce the stress and increase oxygen to the skin. Even when it's overcast, the sun's rays reach us, so try to take a 10 minute walk outside every day.
Reduce your intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates
New research pointing the finger at diet - eating refined carbohydrates (white bread, pasta, rice, flour etc) and sugar leads to a surge in insulin and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. This in turn leads to an excess of male hormones, which encourage the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum. This grease-like substance encourages the growth of bacteria responsible for acne.
Refined carbs/sugar = more insulin = more hormones = more sebum (oil) = more bacteria = more acne
The bed sheets
Keep your bed sheets clean. Wash your pillow case on a regular schedule to reduce the transfer of your natural body oils.
Wash your face
Wash your face only one time a day. Don't wash too many times , because that will cause only more production of oil on your skin. another option is to use very gentle cleansers for normal skin that don't dehydrate the skin and wash twice a day.
Anyhow, don't go out and buy those ';acne free in one night'; pills that you can find anywhere online, they just don't work and you will spend your money for nothing.
Why not? Well, because it takes time to get rid of acne and you will need at least one week to see any noticeable results. There is absolutely no way to treat your acne in only one day.
If you really want to treat your acne there are two recommended methods that should combined together (if you can afford it) for best results.
Firstly and more important in my opinion, you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.
There are only few decent Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to treat your acne from the inside.
Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their programs they share their great knowledge with other acne sufferers. Anyhow, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.
You can learn about the fasest system and one of the most popular guides that can help you to get rid of your acne from the inside here:

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.
There are hundreds of acne skin care products available in the market in these days and it's not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.
When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:
ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others.

Hai Tammana, the pimples, acne, tan are due to excess secretion of sebum by sebaceous gland which is situated in dermis layer of our skin. Every product released by our body has its own role. In the same way sebum is to moist our skin. When sebum come in contact with dust it causes allerg reactions like pimple, acne, etc. Inorder to get rid from these problems, too often you should wash your face with cold water. Its enough to relieve from these problems.Dont let sebum(oily) to deposite on your face. Take care dear.If you still need more help mail me elayasuriyan@yahoo.in
Actually, there are a few home remedies which I use myself. They all work WAY better then everything I've ever bought, and are A LOT cheaper than buying creams and facials at the store. All the things you need can pretty much be found in your kitchen, or grocery store.

Dear friend,
Acne often occurs in adolescents around the age of 13 years and usually improves in later teenage years as hormonal levels stabilize.
Management of pimples;
PIMPLES AND BLIND PIMPLES: Try to keep the skin clean and free from oily build-up by using a cleansing foaming wash in the morning and evening. Using a mild astringent on the skin after cleansing will help to restore the acid/alkaline balance of the skin and constrict open pores which can become clogged with debris. It is best to use a light water-based moisturizer as a thicker, oil-based cream may block the pores and promote the formation of more pimples. . Try to avoid picking at pimples which does not allow the skin to heal and can lead to scarring. Exfoliating three times a week will help to keep the skin clean and free of blackheads which can develop into Acne.
BLACKHEADS: This requires regular, deep cleansing treatments to remove the blackheads. Wash the skin morning and night with a cleansing gel or foam. Exfoliate three times per week to help remove any oily build-up and penetrate the hair follicles to clean out any debris which may accumulate to form blackheads. Using a mild astringent toner helps to refine the follicles and tightens open pores on the skin. A light, water-based moisturiser will help to minimise the production of natural oils on the skin and if applied to damp skin, may help more oil-free moisture to be absorbed. A clay-based mask can be used twice a week to gently draw impurities out and improve the appearance of the skin.
CLOSED BLACKHEADS AND MILIA: It is not advisable to attempt to remove this type of blackhead at home as the skin surface needs to be pierced with a sterile needle to remove the contents. A Beauty Therapist is trained in the most effective techniques which help to reduce the risk of scarring. The same regular beauty routine that is suggested for blackheads can be followed.
CYSTS: This type of Acne often requires medical attention and prescription drugs e.g., antibiotics. It is best to keep the skin clean and free of oil build-up by following the above guidelines for pimple management. Do not attempt to remove or squeeze a cyst as it can be very painful and may result in scarring.
ACNE SCARS: There are a number of techniques which can help to reduce the visible signs of scarring. A Beauty Therapist will often use techniques such as a glycolic peels and special creams to help soften the scar tissue and improve the texture of the skin. A cosmetic surgeon can also offer a number of options to improve the appearance of scarring e.g., dermabrasion, laser resurfacing or collagen injections. Vitamins A, E and zinc may help to improve scarring. These nutrients can be taken internally and moisturising creams are available which contain vitamins A and E.
