so yea, i use clearasil and neutrogena, and it helps my spots on my forehead go, but they are still faintly there, then in about 15 minutes, they are back and red as before.
has anyone else experienced this?
can anyone help?
i really dont like having spots, im pretty self concious !I am 13, i have loads of spots on my forehead[about20], not blackheads or white heads, more details below.?
Dont use clearasil. It makes it worse!
If you have a fringe or hair or hair around your forehead then it might be grease comming off from that, that give you spots
so wash your fringe everyday.
dont use soap on your face though ..
just drink lots of water, and try not to touch your face a lot.
if you want to cover them up try getting special spot foundations or concealers.
hope that helped :]I am 13, i have loads of spots on my forehead[about20], not blackheads or white heads, more details below.?
The sun will always clear up spots usually (if you don't live in the UK that is) failing that try a facial solarium or see your GP who will be able to tell what type of acne you have and prescribe something that will work for you.
Good luck hun :)
hey, i have the same thing. try retin-a, or an antibiotic at the docter to clear them up. and always wash make-up off. But it takes a while to work, so keep doing it. and when you don't feel like it just wash your face with soap and water.
Your a teenager ur prone to spots, try to wash with plain water, an wear no make up let ur paws breathe and putting make up on just clogs ya paws which causes spots. Sudacreme takes the redness out of spots put abit onb4 bed but not too much as its greasy!
don't use anything like clearasil or neutrogena, use soap and water everyday wash your face 3times daily and they should improve.
good luck:)
little dude try taking a sauna my little brother had the same problem and thats how he combated his, good luck and may the force be with u... always
